From small office fit-outs to larger scale commercial fit-outs, Interior Spaces works with clients and their in-house design team to address design, procurement and facilities management issues for each project.

Within Design, space planning changes and their compliance with regulations are considered. Schemes and finish selections are proposed. Bespoke commissions are co-ordinated with relevant parties – IT, AV, Facilities etc.

Procurement is addressed through budget preparation, revisions, specifications and tender document issuance and evaluations. Ensuring all items adhere to accredited standards and latest regulations is paramount.

Given the nature of Commercial relocations, Interior Spaces works closely with the Facilities Management team with regard to a variety of areas including:- document management and archiving, Conferencing technologies, Printing operations – MFD’s (Multi-functional Devices), Cashless Vending and complete Relocations planning and project management.
